•Hammers refaced present a uniformed surface to the strings and a very even tone.
•Tuning to A440 pitch.
•Regulation of action.

This Disklavier Yamaha U1 is c1994 and it’s self playing mechanism works with the included midi/Bluetooth lead that connects the self playing piano to your phone or pad where you use an app to access the piano and have a far wider selection of music! Unfortunately the floppy disk and LCD no longer function but can be replaced. The price of this piano reflects this aspect as if we did replace the floppy with a USB port and new LCD the price would then be around £5500. We can send the links to the replacement parts which would total around £400, we believe they are easy to fit.

The case finish is in good order but not perfect but there is nothing that detracts to the general eye, we have priced this piano down accordingly.

We have worked on the hammer felts to render an even tone across the keyboard. We have also tuned and regulated the piano so the playing touch is excellent.

A wonderful piano and would be great at any party to entertain guests without a pianist! Or be a superb piano for the good players.
