Venables & Son Piano Review

We have completed many reviews on our YouTube channel which mostly contain Japan vs Japan mainstream made pianos Kawai & Yamaha and also Japan made vs Ritmüller China made, but on the above linked video we have decided on reviewing Chris Venables & Son piano which came into our stock a few weeks ago second hand. We love doing an informative review on pianos we get in stock as we know how useful they can be to get the ball rolling when people enter the piano buying market for the first time.

This Venables & Son 126 model is c2014 which we were able to go over and compare to the Ritmüller UHX126 which we stock as we are a Ritmüller dealership. Ritmüller are made in the largest factory in the world and represent amazing value for money. Who are Venables & Son? They are a small piano shop in Hampshire UK who send off a spec list to Hailun pianos, China who then make pianos to the specifications of Chris Venables & Son.

We tested many aspects of down weight touch, resonance, sustain, tone & inharmonicity accross the entire keyboard. Our findings showed that the Venables & Son piano 126 didn’t compare well against the Ritmüller UHX126 in all tests. For more full information please give the above YouTube link a watch.
